What REALLY Happens During a Couple’s Boudoir Session

Have you ever wondered. . . what really goes on during a couples boudoir session at Boudoir Studios New York? The images usually look so steamy and the couples look like, well you know, like they're having sex on camera for crying out loud!!!!
Well, rest assured, the actual “deed” is not going on. At least not during our Boudoir couples sessions at our studio. However, Boudoir Studios New York does now offer Erotica photo sessions and, well, that’s just a different story. . . Ok, now that we've addressed the elephant in the room, let's get to the real details of a couples boudoir session. It actually is really fun, amazing, and empowering in a whole new way. Typically, it is our past clients who come back for a couples session with us. This is so great because they already know what it's like to work with us, how we will help them prepare, and how we coach them during their session. Hence, they are very comfortable with the whole process. They've already done this before so they've got this!
What is beautiful is that you get to explore a whole new side of you during a couples boudoir session, as does your partner. Since you've already done a session with us before and are familiar with our coaching and posing process, you will be crushing it. Your partner is with you, entirely mesmerized by you as you get into your poses with confidence and ease. Your partner gets to see you awaken as a goddess. Break out of the ordinary and rise above the mundane. You're feeling beautiful and sexy, his response is only feeding your confidence making you feel so desired by him. He's hooked!
This is not the average boring photo session that you have to beg him to endure. Instead, he can't get enough! Not to mention that moment when you first dawn the set with your hair and makeup all done and you prance in wearing your first outfit. You walk straight up to him, pick his jaw off the floor and get into your first pose either near him or on him! This takes the concept of a "first-look" to a whole new level!

On the flip side, you too get to witness a side of your partner that just might surprise you. While you might be thinking that he would feel awkward and apprehensive, he might just do the opposite! We've noticed so often that the guy ends up being a great source of calm and empowerment for his woman. He's getting enough coaching and direction so he doesn't have to feel awkward about what to do, then he's got you in front of him wearing very little, maybe, maybe not and you're in a steamy pose. Trust us, he's good! We might have to remind him of the ice bucket once in a while. . . other than that, it's smooth sailing!
What a perfect way to create a little haven for yourselves. Regardless of where you might be in life at the moment. It is a special event where you get to celebrate your relationship, love, and intimacy. Afterward, you get to have a visual reminder of you as lovers first and foremost, instead of just being partners, a married couple, or parents. The event, a visual keepsake, leads to the two of you drawing closer to each other romantically and sexually. Not many couples get to have that.
Will you feel nervous or awkward? Sure! However, the nerves and the awkward energy dissipate real fast once we get started and we coach you throughout the whole process. One thing is for sure, we will laugh, we will chat, we will have fun but above all, we will make magic together! When it's all done and over we will have some gorgeous images for you as an ever-present reminder of how special the two of you are.
