When you book your first boudoir photo shoot with Boudoir Studios New York, get ready to embark on a beautiful and transformational journey! It might be a journey toward discovering your true, beautiful and authentic self. A voyage to reclaim parts of you that have been temporarily in hiding, or a quick stop along the way through living your best and most fun, adventurous life! No matter your particular journey, step one along the path is your in-person shoot-planning appointment.

Your shoot-planning appointment is the first step through our transformational boudoir experience. Although it can be done in-person or via Zoom, when we meet in person you have the opportunity to tour and get a feel for our dedicated studio space. You will also meet your photographer for the first time (look for more on that in Part II: Meet Asif and Andrea, Your Fabulous Photographers) to start the planning process and create the shoot that precisely aligns with your perfect vision. Our dedicated and private studio space is located in the heart of Fairport Village. So…first of all, it almost goes without saying, but the fact that we offer our own dedicated space can eliminate the inconvenience of having to rent an Air B&B or the awkwardness of working out of someone’s home. Here, you have all the privacy of experiencing session day in a gorgeous space that exisits solely for the purpose of capturing your images in comfort and style.

On shoot-planning day, you can get a feel for our space while having a chat with your photographer. It’s a low-pressure situation where you can take a tour and see the spaces in which your images will be captured. While you talk details and get into the nitty gritty of what you’re looking to gain from this experience, you can see exactly where your session day will take place. You can then start formulating the images you want with our beautiful backgrounds in mind.

Be sure to ask for a tour so that you can then visualize the areas in which you will shine! We offer a variety of spaces that lend themselves to creating steamy, sweet and demure, classy, fun-loving, striking, and sexy images. Let your imagination loose after you see the areas in which you’ll spend your session day and create pure magic.
Spending time at our studio is likely to make you more comfortable the next time you visit us, which will probably be the day of your photo shoot (woot woot!). You will see the space in which you’ll be pampered with hair and makeup. You’ll experience the dressing room and the lavish lavatory (couldn’t resist the alliteration). Not to mention that you’ll have physically gotten yourself to our space, which eliminates any worry regarding how to get to us and where to park.

Each of our spaces is intentionally designed to feature YOU amidst lovely surroundings. We have windows, blank wall space, floor space, mirrors, and many other nooks and crannies in which we love to make you the central focus. Come and see for yourself!
