Boudoir at Home
We are 50 days into social distancing here in New York State. Some of us have embraced this time at home and the other half of us may be feeling a little stir crazy. Whatever side you find yourself in…
5 Places to Display Your Boudoir Wall Art
At The Boudoir Studio, we offer many different ways to preserve and present your photos. One qualm that we would like to address is, “Where would you put an enlarged photo of yourself in lingerie?” This is actually something that I came across after my boudoir session. Hanging up an implied nudity photo over my couch would not impress my in-laws; however, I am sure my husband wouldn’t mind! There is so much time, thought and nervous sweating that goes into a boudoir session and some may feel that putting these images in an album tucked away is a waste. What wasn’t covered, is how much your relationship can change with your spouse. . .
Motherhood: Expectation vs. Reality
Mother’s day is this Sunday! I cannot help but reflect on what it means to be a mother while honoring the many mother figures in my life. If you missed one of my past posts, An Unconventional Love Story, I became a mother unexpectedly early! While I had always imagined myself becoming a mother, I felt like a had little time to actually prepare. Now being 3 1/2 years into motherhood, it makes me wonder…
is anyone really ready for motherhood?
